Our Staff

We have an extensive hiring process before we retain new teachers. Besides thoroughly checking their background history, and reference – we conduct Department of Justice and FBI clearance checks, require minimum state education standards, host 60 day probationary periods, and require on-going training through State classes, orientation videos, in-house training, and other certified professionals in the education field. All of our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR certified. We are one of the few centers in the bay area to maintain low staff turnover rates, with many of our staff having been on board for over 15 years.
